GeriAides’ 12-month Registered Apprenticeship Program provides the structure, training, and support required to enable caregivers to make a meaningful difference in the lives of senior citizens while the solving critical workforce challenges of today and tomorrow.

GeriAides offers customized solutions to find, train and retain caregivers for senior living facilities. As sponsor of Colorado’s first multi-employer Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) for Personal Care Aids, we ensure qualified candidates have access to a mix of hands-on experience, classroom instruction, licensing, and cultural trainings curated specifically to the populations they will serve. Every apprentice is carefully selected, thoroughly trained, and mentored to deliver not just tasks, but dignified care and compassion.

Apprentices earn while they learn, graduating with nationally recognized credentials, critical skills, wage progression, and long-term career opportunities in the growing senior care industry.
